Finally! This godawful month is over! I swear, it’s been the worst in a long time. I won’t go into details (and before you say it, it’s not because I wasn’t drinking!) but let’s just be thankful and let’s be movin’ on!

Sometimes when you lose something for a little while, it gives you such a shock you immediately remember to be more grateful for all the good things in your life…

Fitter, happier, more productive?

I decided not to drink for the month of January. Just ‘cos New Year’s Eve was such an epic, and it took a while to recover, and I thought I might save some money while also being kinda healthy. But then all this terrible crap started happening to me! Coincidence?! Landlady wants to boost the rent! Job in doubt! Depression! And I’m only half way through the month!
